- Every Black and White client (seller or buyer,Landlord or tenant) has their it's own dedicated Black and White member of staff.
- This member of our team will, in normal circumstances, be the only person handling your sale, purchase or letting
- They will be your personal point of contact and be contactable between the hours of 9am-8pm.
- Your dedicated member of the Black and White team will personally source potential purchase and /or tenants and match your property to the buyers and/or tenants requirements
- Regular reporting to seller and buyer telephone or email.
- All viewings will be undertaken by your dedicated member of the Black and White sales team (unless otherwise requested).
